William is a Managing Partner in Instinctif’s Public Policy team, based in Brussels. Previously, he was a senior advisor in the Technology, Media & Telecom practice at FTI Consulting. He also served as a deputy managing director at Euros/Agency in 2022 and has been running his own consultancy (A2 Policy Advice) since 2014.

In 2008, he set up and managed Canon’s government affairs office, after six years as a consultant advising tier one financial institutions, telecom operators and internet service providers while at Hill+Knowlton. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with technology issues from a variety of angles. He has advocated the position of the ICT and consumer electronics sectors during his six-year assignment at Canon. William started his EU career at DIGITALEUROPE, the leading ICT and consumer electronics association.

A graduate from Sciences Po, William holds a Master’s Degree in EU public policy from Strasbourg University. He studied political science at Juniata College in Pennsylvania. He speaks French, English and German.
