Bernd Buschhausen

Bernd brings over 20 years of professional experience in German, European and international public affairs and government relations. He provides advice to a wide range of clients, brands, associations and government institutions. Among his particular areas of policy interest are the environment and energy, food and health, security and defence, and financial services. He has a track record in delivering impactful and award-winning campaigns for shaping better policies in key areas such as energy & environment, climate change, consumer protection, health & nutrition, international relations, and financial services. Bernd holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Politics, and in English Literature, and is fluent in German, English, Finnish, and Swedish. He joined Instinctif Germany in January of 2017 to head up the Public Affairs practice and Instinctif’s Berlin office.
