Justine Warren

Justine is a Managing Partner within the Capital Markets practice and co-leads the Consumer team.

Over the last 25 years she has built up a core specialisation advising clients in the pubs/restaurants/brewing, food and drink, hotel, gaming and retail sectors. Amongst the clients she has advised are A.G. BARR, Fuller, Smith & Turner, Marston’s, Loungers, wagamama, Caffè Nero, The Restaurant Group, Stonegate Group, The Gym Group, Revolution Bars Group, Capital Pub Company, Parkdean Resorts, De Vere Hotels and David Lloyd Leisure.

Justine joined Instinctif Partners from Arthur Andersen in 1995. She has an MA Hons in English Literature from St Andrews University.
