We employ over 330 people across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, acting for over 700 clients across the globe, from large quoted multi-national corporations to SMEs just starting out on their journey.

Beginning life as College Hill in 1990, we have since established ourselves as one of the world’s leading business communications consultancies. With over 300 staff, 12 offices, and five specialist practice areas, we help deliver results to companies all around the world.

In 2018, we were recognised both as a business and for the calibre of our work, winning PR Week’s International Agency of the Year and Best Place to Work, as well as CIPR’s Outstanding PR Agency of the Year.

In 2019, LDC became the majority investor in our business. We have grown to become a leader in our field, but our approach to innovation, entrepreneurialism and independence remain the same as on day one.
Following our rebrand, we co-created four new company values which continue to underpin everything we do. We invested in strengthening our teams, developing our expertise and furthering our innovative work for exciting brands from Purplebricks to MADE.

Our growth was reflected in widespread industry recognition, named as one of the 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain, the Holmes Report’s EMEA Corporate Consultancy of the Year 2017, and the PRCA’s City Agency of the Year 2017, a year in which we topped the UK IPO tables.
In February 2014, we rebranded globally as Instinctif Partners, unveiling our new, interconnected offer. We integrated our six specialist practice areas to build comprehensive teams for each client’s challenges, and we retained our industry-leading research and insight consultancy Truth.
In late 2011, we partnered with a private equity business to propel us into the next phase of our vision. Whilst remaining independent, we invested in our core practice areas, added senior experts to our teams, and grew our international offices across Europe, Africa, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
In 2007, we diversified. From our core practice of corporate communications, we extended our services to include four new practices - government relations & public affairs; employee engagement; insight & research; and branding, design & digital.

Our vision and pioneering partnership model attracted significant talent, and by 2010, we had grown our team to 280 employees.
Whilst we first formed as College Hill in 1990, our core transformation occurred in 2006 when College Group was founded. From an 80-strong team specialising in UK capital markets, in 2006 we began to grow our business and develop as an international communications consultancy.
