Instinctif appointed as The Artisanal Spirits Company’s capital markets communications specialists
The Artisanal Spirits Company plc (“ASC”), curators of the world’s favourite, single-cask and limited-edition whisky, and owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, has appointed Instinctif Partners as Capital Market communications specialists.
Based in Edinburgh, AIM-listed ASC owns The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) which was established in 1983 and currently has a growing worldwide membership of over 36,000 paying members. SMWS provides members with inspiring experiences, content and exclusive access to a vast and unique range of outstanding single cask Scotch malt whiskies and other craft spirits, sourced from over 100 distilleries in 20 countries and expertly curated with diligence and care.
ASC, which listed on the London Stock Exchange in June 2021, is building a portfolio of small-batch spirits brands, such as J.G. Thomson, for a global movement of discerning consumers and has a growing presence in the key global whisky markets including the UK, Europe, China and the USA. With a pioneering model delivering strong growth, the Company is uniquely placed to benefit from the global premiumisation trend.
Instinctif’s core account team will be led by Managing Partners, Justine Warren and Matthew Smallwood, and supported by Sarah Hourahane, Account Director.
