Mark has over 25 years’ experience in strategic insight, 19 of those having been spent as a board director. He has worked with numerous major companies, including Amazon, Samsung, Dixons Carphone, Nestlé, Philips, Bayer and Coca-Cola. Mark has a PhD and is an Honorary Fellow of Royal Holloway (University of London) and the Royal Society of the Arts (RSA). In addition, Mark sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Market Research and was elected as a Fellow of the Market Research Society (in 2020) in recognition of his “outstanding contribution to the Market Research industry”.
