Carlota Rosa-Delgado is an Associate Director at Truth, leading strategic projects across U&A studies, segmentation, audience testing, and concept development. Passionate about research innovation, she integrates AI tools to refine methodologies and, as part of the Truth Intelligence team, blends media monitoring with social listening for cultural analysis.
With eight years in strategic research at Kantar and WGSN, Carlota specialises in Beauty, Fashion, Fitness, and Tech, backed by a BSc in Economics and a Master’s in Fashion Marketing.
Outside work, she’s a Muay Thai enthusiast, HIIT instructor, and manages digital marketing for her gym.
