Catalina is a consultant on the Behaviour & Culture team, specializing in qualitative research, insights and brand strategy. Her work helps clients navigate complex challenges by understanding market, brand, and consumer dynamics. Catalina’s experience spans finance, beauty, hospitality, and FMCG.
Catalina holds a BSc in Economics from Lehigh University and an MSc in Marketing from ESCP, where she engaged in consultancy projects with Ferrari and L’Oréal and wrote a thesis on the consumer behaviour of luxury fragrance. She comes from an ad-tech background in New York. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling around London, art, and trying her hand at new sports like kite surfing and tennis.
