The recruiter Randstad approached us asking for support in reaching nurses, which they had typically struggled to recruit. Building on the insight that nurses liked reality TV, we developed a campaign with former Love Island contestant and nurse Rachel Fenton on nursing and mental health, which drove over 100k views and 2k nurses to the client’s website.
