In light of the exponential increase of online content, a media giant was re-engineering existing music and radio sites. To progress this work successfully, there was a clear need for consumer insight.
We deployed a range of creative techniques to help us get under the surface of audience listening behaviours and latent need-states. This enabled us to develop a framework of opportunity spaces for our client in terms of how, when and where they could help their users discover, navigate, curate and share content.
A plan was developed that truly mapped out connections with audiences and strengthened our client’s existing offering. The re-developed site has grown its user base every month, up a total of 7%.
