How do we create a global communications plan to fulfil the needs of all stakeholders?
Eurochem needed to create a global web communications estate that would serve the needs of their multi-faceted stakeholders – investors, journalists, regulators, employees and customers. It also wanted to showcase the company as a leading worldwide producer of fertilisers and associated products.
The development of the digital communications strategy started with looking at target audiences – identifying all user needs and understanding how best to meet them.
This informed the design approach, ensuring that all content was created with key user tasks in mind, accommodating multiple language and alphabet considerations.
We created a fully responsive website incorporating a global operations maps, clearly displaying all Eurochem’s assets; a product showcase, and an interactive value chain, demonstrating Eurochem’s vertically integrated business model.
We also completed Eurochem’s Annual Report, articulating their positioning and communicating their high standards of governance and international best practice reporting.
The report was extremely well received by Eurochem, as well as by external stakeholders including investors, industry commentators and analysts.
The final execution of the site conveys Eurochem’s expertise and their position as a global leader. The use of strong messaging, high quality imagery and concise content allows audiences to engage with the site across any device.
