ENBD REIT was previously the Emirates Real Estate Fund. The fund had almost no visibility in the media, and was largely unknown to commentators and investors.
We worked closely with all related parties for the transaction’s build-up process and execution. A successful media relations strategy was implemented including bilateral meetings and interviews.
