Two EU draft laws, the Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act, threatened small- and medium-sized businesses’ continued use of targeted advertising and other common digital tools. We helped identify, inform and mobilise European SMEs likely to be affected – and defeated the most extreme legislative proposals.
