We work with over 60 policyholders – mainly food business operators – of AXA XL’s product recall insurance on both a preparedness and live crisis response basis. Our deep food industry expertise means we can provide specialised counsel on risk management, strategic and operational crisis preparedness, crisis management and communications within this highly-regulated sector. On average, we handle over 20 live recalls per year.
