Tim Pearson

Tim is an experienced capital markets and corporate communications specialist, advising a range of clients including FTSE 100 and AIM-listed companies as well as private businesses and high growth startups.

Tim has advised clients across a range of different sectors including Financial and Professional Services, Property, Natural Resources and Energy, TMT, and Investment Trusts. His work has included advising on IPOs and other fundraises, crisis communication and reputational management for organisations and individuals.

Prior to joining Instinctif, Tim spent six years at Tavistock Communications and holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Birmingham.
