Smriti Verma

Smriti is a Senior Consultant in the Behaviour and Culture team, bringing over a decade of expertise in using research and communication to drive impact across both public and private sectors. With dual Master’s degrees in Communication and Development from Loughborough University and Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, she blends academic knowledge with practical experience. 

Before joining Truth, Smriti worked with Unilever, BBC Media Action, and Walnut as a Behavioural Science specialist. At Truth, she focuses on consumer behaviours and unconscious biases to guide strategic decisions across brand, comms, and innovation projects. 

Outside work, Smriti loves reading and travelling.
