Matthew Smallwood is an experienced Capital Markets and Corporate Reputation specialist who has given clients strategic advice for over 35 years. He has advised literally 100s of clients through IPO, M & A and strategic corporate reputation assignments across many different sectors particularly in consumer facing industries. There are few corporate situations he has not advised on. He was one of the Instinctif original employees. Prior to joining Instinctif he spent 5 years as a market maker on the London Stock Exchange. After 30+ years’ operating in London, he is now resident in the UAE advising clients across the region.
