A reputation resilience strategist, Kim works closely with clients to establish leadership positions on issues impacting reputation, whether ESG and sustainability challenges, digital dilemmas or a response to changing markets. She has over two decades of experience in EMEA-based reputation management. Over half that period has been focused specifically on developing and implementing communications strategies and public affairs campaigns that address complex audiences in Africa.
Kim works across sectors, regularly assisting brands in optimising performance by defining and positioning commercial strategies that drive social change while positively impacting profit. She also believes that understanding government objectives is essential to formulating sustainable communications strategies. She works across multiple African markets, although her core regions of focus are SADC, EAC and ECOWAS.
