Anna Younger

Anna is responsible for the Innovation portfolio and strategic investment pipeline across the Instinctif Partners’ international offices. This includes ensuring IP stays ahead of the curve in all areas of service, product and intellectual property development. She also looks after creative culture and ensuring that this is embedded across all our ways of working and thinking.

Anna has extensive experience leading transformational programmes, global strategy and proposition development for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients across a range of sectors. Anna originally joined Instinctif in 2016, to lead the agency’s hub for digital excellence, multichannel campaigns and strategic brand development. Prior to this, Anna was Head of Digital and Creative services at specialist professional services firm Infinite Global (formerly Spada).
