Justine Warren

Over the last 25 years, Justine has built up a core specialisation advising clients primarily in the Consumer, Leisure and Hospitality sectors spanning pubs/restaurants/brewing, food and drink manufacturing, hotel, gaming and retail/e-commerce sectors. Amongst the clients she has advised are C&C Group, A.G. BARR, Fuller, Smith & Turner, Marston’s, Loungers, wagamama, Caffe Nero, The Restaurant Group, Stonegate Group, Punch Taverns, The Gym Group, The Revel Collective, Capital Pub Company, Parkdean Resorts, De Vere Hotels, David Lloyd Leisure.   Her retail and e-commerce experience includes ASOS, Superdry and CMO Group.

She is well versed in most corporate situations spanning IPOs, fundraising, bid and defence mandates and M&A, as well as financial calendar advisory. 

Justine joined Instinctif Partners from Arthur Andersen in 1995. She graduated with an MA Hons in English Literature from St Andrews University.
