Dickson Lam

Dickson is an Associate Director in the Behaviour & Culture team, specialising in Financial Services and B2B research. He co-leads key accounts, runs qualitative projects, and represented Truth at the Financial Services Forum in 2023. 

With over 15 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, he has worked across multiple sectors. Passionate about innovation, he recently helped launch Truth’s first study using an AI chatbot. 

Outside work, he enjoys photography, whisky, and outdoor adventures. his current focus is solely on his family, which includes two mischievous pooches
