Zoopla returns to Instinctif Partners
We are pleased to announce that we have been re-appointed by Zoopla, the owner of multiple leading property-related website, software and data brands, two years after we parted ways.
The win follows a competitive pitch process and has resulted in an entirely new brief. We will work across all of Zoopla’s communications channels to reach both trade and consumer audiences, reporting into Zoopla’s established in-house PR Manager, Tim Vooght. The appointment comes shortly after Zoopla was acquired by US private equity firm, Silver Lake in a deal worth £2.2 billion.
The team will be working closely with Tim and Zoopla’s recently appointed Chief Marketing Officer, Gary Bramall, as the business looks to grow its customer base among both agents and consumers. A key element of the multi-channel PR brief will involve Zoopla’s newly formed research and insights division which will leverage the unique data into industry leading analysis on the market. In addition, the division will focus on drawing attention to Zoopla’s range of complementary products and services helping support agents and developers.
The win further underpins our established property expertise and integrated communications offer. With expertise spanning all areas of real estate communications, including local and central Government relations, financial PR, corporate and consumer media relations, and risk and crisis management, our real estate team is well placed to facilitate all client needs.
Laura O’Connell, Managing Partner, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to once again welcome Zoopla back to the Instinctif family. The business is at a pivotal point and we are pleased to be able to provide strategic support which aligns with their core objectives. Their return demonstrates that in the current market, sector knowledge and contacts are key, as is having an agency which understands and can advise on a multi-channel approach that reaches audiences through a range of means.”
