Victoria Lewis-Stephens named as Global Employee Engagement Influencer

Managing Partner Victoria Lewis-Stephens has been named as one of the world’s most influential people in Employee Engagement. She was listed alongside a number of household names, such as Joe Biden, LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner and entrepreneur Richard Branson.

Victoria heads up our engagement practice in the UK and has delivered a number of projects for Lloyds Banking Group, Unilever, Direct Line Group and Royal Bank of Scotland.

The list was published by the Employee Engagement Awards and features 101 people from all walks of business: the boardroom, HR, Internal Communications, Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurs. Each one has made a significant contribution to the development of Employee Engagement. Some inspire action, some educate, some recognise, some have influence via social media.
