Truth team builds on success with two senior hires
Truth Consulting, the award-winning insight agency specialising in brand, innovation, audience and business strategy, has made two new senior appointments. This follows on from hires made earlier this year as the practice continues to expand, building on its exceptional growth in 2021.
Tom Morgan has joined the team as Director at Truth, having previously been a Strategist and Researcher at McCann where he honed his understanding of what makes truly effective communications. He has collaborated with some of the world’s most interesting brands such as Diageo, Asahi, Ikea, eBay, PepsiCo and the BBC. Tom has worked in strategy and insight for over ten years, developing specialisms in behavioural science, culture and trends as well as brand and communications strategy. Tom will help develop Truth’s behavioural insight capability, a key area of focus for the team in 2021 and beyond.
Victor Reynoso has also joined the team as a Lead Insight Planner. Victor joins from William Hill where he was Customer Insight Manager and has over 8 years’ experience working at research agency PRS in Vivo and Ipsos Mori focusing on brand health, packaging and comms research. Victor comes with a wealth of client-side experience, aligned with the value that Truth places on client centricity.
