Shortlisted for PR Week’s Best Places to Work

To continue what has been a hugely successful run of awards, we have now been shortlisted for PR Week’s Best Places to Work.

This shortlist success places us in the top three large consultancies in the UK, meaning we will be awarded Gold, Silver or Bronze at the awards ceremony.

The PR Week Awards recognise the UK based consultancies that go the extra mile to offer their people a great working environment and progressive culture. They focus on and celebrate excellence in areas such as training, mentoring, pay, CSR, maternity and paternity.

Judges were particularly impressed with a number of initiatives such as Connect, our international office exchange programme, Pacesetters, our peer to peer reward and recognition scheme and the co-creation of our new brand values.

This shortlist confirms our commitment to making Instinctif Partners a truly great place to work in our industry and follows shortlists for the same category earlier on this year at the National Business Awards and European Business Awards 2016.

Our fingers are firmly crossed for the next stage of these awards – a judging panel – and the awards themselves in March 2017.
