Shortlisted at the Construction Marketing Awards

We are incredibly proud to announce that together with our leading housebuilder client Redrow, we have been jointly shortlisted for a prestigious Construction Marketing Award.

These awards aim to recognise and celebrate communications excellence across the built environment. Instinctif Partners and Redrow have been shortlisted within the newly established Best Thought Leadership Campaign category, for the promotion of a key pillar of Redrow’s brand purpose through thought leadership, specifically its commitment to delivering thriving communities. Redrow’s position is that the notion of ‘thriving communities’ is underpinned by three interwoven themes: nature for people, placemaking for wellbeing, and homes for all. This latest accolade is a testament not only to the ongoing thought leadership campaign itself, but the innovative and industry-leading work which is at the heart of Redrow’s customer-centric approach.

Over the past year we have worked closely with Redrow to roll out an integrated programme comprising traditional PR activity, interactive social media campaigns, video content, and much more, all of which has promoted community strategies, development milestones, placemaking tools, and diversity of housing tenure. This ongoing thought leadership campaign has achieved extensive media coverage, whilst also delivering rich content for Redrow’s website and social media channels. Redrow has successfully reached local authorities and planning bodies, future home buyers and movers, and investors with the messaging that Redrow is at the forefront of delivering better places to live.
