Instinctif Partners shortlisted for Employer of the Year at the Growing Business Awards

We are excited to say that we have been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year at the 2015 Growing Business Awards.

We were asked to demonstrate excellence in employee training and development, innovation in staff motivation and commitment to equality and diversity.

The awards aim to recognise some of Britain’s most exciting, innovative and scalable business models and brings together enterprises at different stages of growth. It is the 17th year Real Business have run them, in association with Lloyds Bank and supported by the CBI.

This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to being the best place to work in our industry. We are proud to have made it through to this stage and are keeping our fingers firmly crossed for the interview process on 8th October and big reveal in November.
