Instinctif Partners awarded gold in PRCA CMS accreditation
Instinctif Partners has been awarded a gold standard by the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) in its Communications Management Standard (CMS) accreditation. This status is reserved for agencies that have held the accreditation for more than 10 years.
The PRCA CMS recognises excellence in business practices in PR and communications agencies and in-house teams. Businesses are audited across nine core areas, including business planning and management, campaign management and diversity. Organisations that hold the CMS accreditation must demonstrate the robust practices and procedures in place to ensure they are delivering outcomes for clients, employees and new business prospects. The format of the audit means organisations are also shown how they can improve, raising the bar for those that take part.
Tali Kramer, Partner and Head of Corporate Development said: ‘We are extremely proud to have held the CMS accreditation for over a decade. It is a rigorous process and demonstrates the strength of our organisation’s practices and the services we provide to our clients. The accreditation has also enabled us to hold a mirror up to our business – to establish where our strengths lie, but also to critically and honestly analyse where there is room for improvement and take action accordingly.”
