Instinctif Partners supports Employee Engagement Awards’ inaugural U.S. event

Instinctif Partners isn’t just winning awards, it now has a role in handing them out to organizations leading in the field of engagement in the U.S.

Initially launched in London, the Employee Engagement Awards and Conference will be holding its first-ever U.S. ceremony this year. The awards acknowledge organizations that have excelled in employee engagement over the past calendar year. Instinctif Partners engagement practice is sponsoring the event’s Employee Engagement Project of the Year Award (Private sector – Enterprise), which will be presented by our own Managing Partner Nic Pearce at the event June 17, 2015, in New York City.

Instinctif Partners’ NYC office also helped to connect event organizers with award judges that include representatives from world–leading companies such as Ford, Univision, Western Union and eBay.

The issue of engagement is increasingly attracting attention in the United States. With active disengagement costing the nation’s economy up to $550 billion each year (according to Gallup), organizations are beginning to understand the need for effective and powerful engagement strategies. Essential for business growth, successful employee engagement can dramatically impact bottom-line performance.
