Instinctif Partners and BritishAmerican Business announce partnership for business insights in wake of Brexit
New York, NY, July 26, 2016: BritishAmerican Business (BAB), the leading transatlantic business network, and Instinctif Partners today announced a partnership to share insights and drive dialogue between companies and policymakers on both sides of the Atlantic. The partnership will leverage the public policy insights of Instinctif Partners and the corporate relationships of BAB.
Instinctif Partners and BAB will seek to bring actionable, intelligent analysis and advice to US companies looking for guidance on Brexit and other political uncertainties in the transatlantic space. The organizations will convene a new platform in New York, TransAct, for companies, think tanks, academics, and policymakers to collaborate in support of business growth, trade and prosperity.
Wendy Mendenhall, Managing Director of BritishAmerican Business in New York, said, “TransAct will engage select leaders committed to shared American, British and European values with the valuable support of Instinctif Partners. We are looking forward to convening the brightest minds to demonstrate the strength and resilience of the transatlantic business relationship that our members represent.”
Warwick Smith, Managing Partner of Global Public Policy, and Nic Pearce, Managing Partner of Global Engagement at Instinctif Partners, said, “Brexit is currently the most obvious example of the tide of political change sweeping the developed world, not just in the UK and Europe but also in the US and more widely. This fast changing political landscape brings with it doubt and uncertainty for business. TransAct will help business understand what is happening, and provide a platform to explain the impact on the economies affected. In doing so, we envisage that we will not only help business prepare for change, but help our political leaders make better informed decisions. Instinctif Partners is delighted to join with BAB in this mission.”
