Role Overview:

An entry level opportunity has become available to be the Team Assistant to the CCM central team particularly supporting the Executive Assistant of the central team. This is a permanent role. The job holder will provide full administrative support to the team – primarily providing support to the Managing Partners. The job holder will ensure that high levels of customer service and attention to detail across the practice are demonstrated at all times.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management, scheduling client and new business meetings and arranging dinners and other networking / corporate entertainment events.
  • Support Executive Assistant responsible for training and development across Corporate and Capital Markets, providing full administrative support to managing the training timetable, arranging training sessions, and keeping records.
  • Creation and management of PowerPoint presentations and team credential updates in In-design (training provided).
  • Correspondence and general typing and formatting of documents.
  • Arranging national and international travel, including trains, flights and accommodation.
  • Maintaining/updating of new business records.
  • Remain up to date and able to use all of Instinctif Partners systems and work procedures (training supplied).
  • Occasional cover for reception and/or switchboard when required (training supplied).
  • Maintaining accurate details for client contacts and inputting these into our database.
  • Co-ordinate with recruitment agencies and arrange interviews with potential candidates.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience in a PR, Consultancy or other office environment would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, a good knowledge of Excel.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are essential.
  • Ideally degree educated in any discipline

Other Information:

  • Working hours: 37.5 per week to be worked in normal business hours
  • Role holder must have the right to work in the UK
