Senior Account Manager

Instinctif Partners is looking for a Senior Account Manager for its fast-growing Brussels office.

Instinctif Partners Brussels is a dynamic boutique consultancy with a diverse client portfolio and a strong track record in public affairs, public relations and coalition and association management. We work across the EU’s top three priorities — sustainability, health care, and digital technology regulation – as well as other sectors. The wider Instinctif office network includes London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Munich, Dublin and Brussels and we have partners in other countries.



We are looking for someone with strong experience in health care, sustainability and/or digital technology and intellectual property issues who is able to advise clients on both public affairs and communications strategies.



  • EU work permit
  • University degree; relevant graduate degree desired;
  • A least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably including some communications, public relations and or social media experience as well as public affairs experience;
  • C2 level of English (native or near native); additional European languages, including French, Flemish/Dutch, German and or another language would be very helpful;
  • An individual who can work autonomously with minimal support from their line manager and has experience managing a junior team;
  • An individual who can represent the company professionally and responsibly;
  • 2-4 years of agency experience including successful business development (or similar).
