Role Overview:

We’re looking for a talented, ambitious and career driven Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager to support our exciting growth plans in Asia. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive support service to our client management teams. You will support a thriving team and have the opportunity to contribute on a range of client. You’ll be organised and analytical in nature with the ability to work both as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. You’ll excel in pressurised situations, have excellent communications skills – both written and verbal – and exceptional attention to detail. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Develop and manage overall communications strategies and programmes for clients;
  • Build proactive and positive relationship with clients;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists to maximise exposure opportunities for clients;
  • Draft and translate press releases, speeches, announcements, reports and presentation materials, etc. under a tight timeframe;
  • Develop social media strategies and implement effective programs for clients;
  • Plan and create media angles for effective story pitching;
  • Organise and manage PR events, including press conferences, press launches, media events, etc;
  • Provide support to drive new and existing business and manage pitch process;
  • Conduct new business research and be able to leverage your knowledge to present insightful analysis; and
  • Work closely with colleagues across global offices to ensure impeccable implementation on strategic communications programs.


Skills & Experience: 

  • Exceptional academic background, preferably in communications, journalism or language;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant working experience (either agency or in-house). Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Account Manager role;
  • Experience in corporate, financial or FMCG sectors is an advantage; and
  • Outstanding client servicing and project management skills.

Other Information:

  • Contract Information: Full time, Permanent (40 hours per week worked during normal business hours).
  • Right to Work Requirements: The role holder must have the right to work in Honk Kong.
