Role Overview:

This is a role that is focused on (but not limited to) a global continuous brand programme for one of our key clients, PayPal (specifically Fintech brands Braintree and PayPal merchant). This programme draws from traditional quantitative techniques, blended with the latest advancements in open source/big data. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in brand work, Silicon Valley mentality, Fintech, and big data and social. In saying this, there will be opportunities to work with more clients, not to mention qualitative and cultural intelligence too, if desired. For this role specifically, we are looking for someone who has experience with continuous programs – while this will play a key role, you will also work on other projects across a range of methodologies.


Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:

  • Strategic thinker;
  • A good experience of quantitative projects, any experience with longer term, continuous programs preferred;
  • Experience with working with non survey based data would be advantageous;
  • Good project management skills;
  • Highly organized;
  • Experience of managing individual project tasks independently, ability to work independently
  • 1-3 years experience;
  • Confident and assertive manner;
  • Good and clear written and verbal communication skills;
  • Passion for social, big data, and/or Fintech;
  • Exceptional client management skills;
  • Knowledge of SPSS (any experience with Q software preferred but not required);
  • Ability to analyze DP specs, table and data checking;
  • Experience with vendor/supplier management, including questionnaire programming management, preferred;
  • Experience with quantitative reporting and design in PowerPoint;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently when briefed;
  • Experience in taking part in analysis sessions and contributing to writing up deliverables;
  • Team player (this is critical to fit in with Truth culture);
  • Ambitious and committed;
  • Hardworking and flexible, especially in relation to fieldwork;
  • Enthusiastic and down to earth;
  • Deeply engrained common sense; and
  • A positive, happy presence in the office.

  • Working hours : 9.00am-5.30pm.
