Support the Head of People and Culture to build out the talent agenda within the business. You will focus on both external candidate attraction and selection, as well as internal development and career progression. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Head of People and Culture to provide comprehensive function expertise and support including monitoring and evaluation of engagement across the business.


Candidate Profile

The successful candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, whilst acting with professionalism and fortitude in most situations. Coaching, mentoring aptitude and experience is an added advantage. You will have strong people skills and the ability to work in a thorough and dependable manner are also requirements of the role. The person fulfilling this function is likely to be persuasive, communicative, verbal, amiable, persistent and accommodating.


Key Responsibilities


Create and Manage Robust Recruitment Process;

  • Advertising roles
  • Careers Inbox management
  • Sifting & screening CVs
  • Onboarding candidates
  • Maintaining an absolute focus on delivering the best possible candidate journey and experience
  • Oversee the Company Induction Programme for all new starters


Talent Management and Succession Planning;

  • Executing searches for senior, specialised and difficult to attract positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on how to attract, identify and develop the best talent.
  •  Management of exit and interview process to ensure consistency and promote feedback


Operational HR support;

  • Developing MI reporting and dashboards for presentation to the Board.
  • To assist Head of People and Culture in all areas of the operational HR function when required.


Effective Time Management;

  • Ensuring effective time management in all areas of the recruitment process

  • Written Communication- The ability to write cohesive and current job adverts and correspond with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring parties are satisfied.
