As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll work alongside and report to our Graphic Designer and Head of Development. You will already have some years’ experience within the design industry.
You will be responsible for the creation of day-to-day new business pitches, collateral, credentials, adverts and creative presentations for all areas of our business. These requirements will come from our Corporate & Capital Markets, Public Policy and House teams in our UK offices as well as our international offices.
You and the Graphic Designer will lead support for these departments in creating artwork to help them to tell their story and articulate their strategy. You’ll receive direct briefs from Partners/Managing Partners across multiple sectors and countries.
Working within the Development team, you’ll ensure that our brand is used correctly across the group and that all collateral is updated on a regular basis. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to the broader development strategy which touches new business, marketing, culture and brand. Alongside this you will be involved in creating social media graphics for our main channels, as well as supporting our HR team with talent attraction tools and documents.
We’re looking for someone who is unafraid to come up with new ideas and suggest different approaches. An individual who thrives in a busy and fast-growing agency. Who looks outside of our business to identify trends and ideas that could work for us.
You’ll have the ability to build strong and effective relationships across all levels of the business both nationally and globally. As well as this you’ll be a brand ambassador presenting the Instinctif brand in the best way possible inside and outside the Company.
