IPOs require preparation and execution, the purpose of fund raisings made clear. Mergers and acquisitions need to be meticulously planned and explained. We work in partnership with Chief Executives and their senior teams to help deliver the vision that powers their businesses. We connect our clients with the financial community, the media, customers and employees with insight and expertise


Role Overview:

Fantastic opportunity to join the growing Financial Services team

Broad high quality client base offering the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of briefs including:

  • Issues led campaigns
  • Strategic positioning and corporate profile raising
  • Media relations and B2B/B2C brand building
  • Integrated digital communications and strategy development
  • Financial communications
  • Multi-practice programmes working with Public Policy, Content & Creative, Film & Motion and Digital teams
  • Multi-market activity working across Instinctif Partners’ international network

Client base spanning a broad range of subsectors including banking, insurance, wealth management, alternative finance, FinTech, private equity, retirement planning, asset management, mortgages, property and conveyancing

Strong focus on personal development with access to formal training programmes and international network initiatives



  • Drafting press releases, articles and reactive comments for clients
  • Providing media monitoring and intelligence to clients and wider team
  • Dealing with media both proactively and reactively
  • Developing social media content and managing client channels
  • Account administration – meeting organisation, drafting agenda and contact reports


Skills & Experience:

  • Keen interest in financial services
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to deal and organisation skills
  • Passion for the media, the news agenda and business communications
  • Analytical and articulate
  • Creative and inquisitive
  • Understanding of social media and the role these play in communications
  • Numerate with an aptitude for data handling


Other Information:

  • Working Hours: 37.5 per week to be worked during normal business hours
  • Role holder must have the right to work in the UK;
