Insight Planner – Senior Insight Planner

 

Role Overview

We’re looking for a qualitative specialist to join our diverse team. An intelligent, interesting individual who combines developing research skills with a desire and aptitude to think strategically and commercially. We are interested in top performers with 3-6 years’ relevant experience who are ambitious, driven and enthusiastic and looking to take the next step up in their career.

 

Key skills and experience:

  • 3-4 years’ experience with a variety of qualitative exposure, ideally a quantitative ‘non rejecter’;
  • Strong experience of desk research and analysis;
  • Strong experience of designing and writing screeners;
  • Strong experience of conducting interviews;
  • Strong experience of note taking at groups
  • Moderate level of experience in group moderation;
  • Experience in taking part in analysis sessions and writing up sections of deliverables;
  • Good management, administration and organisational skills;
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to colleagues and clients
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently when briefed by Senior team members; and
  • Good and clear written and verbal communication skills.
