Role Overview:

To take the lead managing client relationships and overseeing client deliverables, analysis, and generating business leads, as well as supervising junior staff members to provide high level of service to client(s).

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Meeting servicing levels and performance targets related to business development targets
  • Production of high level client deliverables with minimal oversight from senior staff
  • Ability to analyse, advise, and pitch clients
  • Active contributions in team meetings
  • Leadership in proposals and pitches
  • Responsible for building personal network and developing contacts with other stakeholders, companies and officials
  • Spending 10% of time on business development (i.e. events, networking, etc.)

 

Skills & Experience:

  • University Degree; Graduate Degree desired
  • C2 level of English (native or near native); Additional languages desirable: French, Dutch, German
  • 3-5 years of agency experience (or similar)

 

Education / Certifications:

• Education related to the European Union and/or lobbying, communication or specific practice area work
Level of Managerial Experience (People) Required:
• 5 (1 being low and 10 being high)
Travel Requirements:
• Dependent on client needs

 

Decision-making responsibility
• To provide high level information, analysis and insight to line manager in order to take decisions
