Associate Partner – Corporate

We are looking for an Associate Partner to join Instinctif Partners’ Corporate team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing a wide-ranging portfolio of clients across the Real Estate and Leisure space. You will be responsible for taking a lead role in overseeing integrated corporate and consumer communications briefs, bringing together experts from across our business including capital markets, digital and SEO, public policy, content & creative and market research.  In addition, you will be responsible for developing and delivering new business opportunities and maximising marketing efforts to demonstrate our expertise. You will need to be comfortable with advising c-suite and board-level executives and handling issues/crisis management. An ability to manage campaigns spanning both traditional and digital media is vital, as are strong media contacts and an intense interest in the real estate and travel landscapes.  

 

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own portfolio of clients
• Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to clients
• Reinforcing high standards and setting the quality benchmark for the team
• Consistently adding value to client communications and finding opportunities to refer other areas of business as required
• Developing creative ideas for execution with the aim of raising awareness and driving client satisfaction
• Guiding and supporting colleagues and line management of key individuals
• Taking a lead role in the development of new business and strategic organic growth
• Well-developed networking and relationship-building skills
• Accomplished presentation skills
• A thorough knowledge and understanding of corporate and consumer communications including digital and traditional media channels
• Manages fees against time and cost and negotiates with clients as appropriate
• Thorough understanding of real estate and business media landscape with strong contacts

 

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Relevant experience at a senior level (Director / Associate Director level)
• Line management of team members
• Oversight of a portfolio of clients

Desirable

• Previous agency experience
• Real estate / leisure knowledge and experience
• Consumer experience
