Account/ Senior Account Executive – Property

Property, Health & Higher Education:

A rare opportunity has arisen to join the 11 people strong corporate property team in this fast growth, top 10 UK PR firm. Our client base encompasses a mix of high profile household names and exciting start-ups, ranging from FTSE 250 housebuilders to luxury estate agencies right through to commercial property advisers.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented, motivated and experienced account executive / senior account executive with an affinity for property to support our team and work on a number of blue chip clients spanning both residential and commercial property. With a team that has doubled in size in just two years, we need a confident team player who wants to progress their career at one of the UK’s largest and most exciting business communications agencies. Your role will include exciting tasks such as liaising with top property and business media and clients to deliver award winning communications programmes that strengthen reputations and support sales, all the while proving our worth through measurement and insight. With experts from across the corporate communications, capital markets, public policy and engagement practices working together to produce industry recognised programmes and campaigns, we need a capable and confident communicator with excellent PR contacts.



  • Drafting press releases for national, trade, regional and business press;
  • Selling in stories to national, trade, regional and business press;
  • Compiling targeted media lists;
  • Generating media coverage in targeted titles;
  • Setting up and attending media meetings for clients and the wider team;
  • Maintaining and developing good relationships with core target journalists;
  • Attending client meetings and maintaining day to day contact and liaison with clients;
  • General account administration including coverage logs, board reports and contact reports;
  • Analysing data to craft new media angles and stories; and
  • Monitoring and drafting content for a range of social channels.


Skills & Experience: 

  • 6 months – 12 months experience working in the sector;
  • Established property or business media contacts;
  • A good understanding of the media landscape;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Excellent organisation skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Confident communicator, particularly with clients and media;
  • Data handling/research based techniques to generate PR content (knowledge of excel is imperative); and
  • Social media implementation and execution across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Other Information:

  • Working hours of 37.5 per week to be worked during normal business hours;
  • Role holder must have the right to work in the UK; and
  • The role may involve infrequent travel if working on a local project.
