Account Director – Financial Services

We are looking for a talented Account Director to bolster and grow our Financial Services team.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly growing Financial Services team.  We have a broad, high quality client base where you can be involved in a wide range of briefs including:

  • Issues led campaigns
  • Strategic positioning and corporate profile raising
  • Media relations and B2B/B2C brand building
  • Integrated digital communications and strategy development
  • Capital markets and financial communications
  • Multi-practice programmes working with Public Policy, Content & Creative, Film & Motion and Digital teams
  • Multi-market activity working across Instinctif Partners’ international network

Our client base spans a broad range of subsectors including banking, insurance, wealth management, alternative finance, FinTech, private equity, retirement planning, asset management, mortgages, property and conveyancing.  We have a strong focus on personal development in a highly supportive culture, with access to formal training programmes and international network initiatives.

 

This roles reports in to a Partner and is based at 65 Gresham Street, London EC2.  We offer a competitive salary plus excellent benefits including our bonus scheme, pension and other benefits.

 

 

Core competencies must include;

  • Previous experience working in a successful consultancy or relevant in-house position
  • Ideally experience in B2B financial services and consumer/personal finances
  • Passionate about financial services and keen to join an ambitious team

 

Experience of;

  • running client teams of various sizes and being a client’s main point of contact
  • integrated accounts including digital and social media implementation
  • developing and implementing thought leadership campaigns
  • corporate reputation and issues/crisis management

 

You will have a proactive attitude and be comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.  You will already have a good network of media and industry contacts and have strong selling/commercial skills alongside the appetite to develop this further and drive new business leads.

 

 

Strengths needed:

  • strong creative and strategic thinking skills
  • account management experience with good track record of running teams
  • confident client communication and presenting skills
  • event organisation experience desirable
