Victoria specialises in driving change through effective engagement, collaboration and communication.

With a background in environmental science and having spent most of her working life in risk & issues management, Victoria leads Instinctif’s industry-leading Reinventing Responsibility service – helping our clients take a systems approach that puts people, the planet and long-term value creation at the centre of their business strategy and corporate narrative.

She has advised clients internationally across a range of sectors including banking/financial services, chemicals/industrials, energy/mining, education, food & drink, government, healthcare, manufacturing, property and professional services. 

She is also a RADA-trained executive coach who is committed to helping senior leaders articulate their organisation’s core purpose in an engaging and memorable way and a fellow of the RSA in recognition of work in sustainability communications.
