Oscar Matthews

Oscar specialises in media and political engagement, focusing on corporate campaigns and public policy. He combines his expertise in research, analysis and writing to develop impactful strategic communications, drive media relations and navigate complex policy environments.

Prior to joining Instinctif, Oscar worked at the leading legal research firm Chambers and Partners. He also holds a BA and an MPhil in History from the University of Cambridge. Oscar is passionate about the energy sector and its role in building a sustainable future. Outside of work, he is active politically and also writes and performs sketch comedy.
