Michelle Erica Newfeld joined Instinctif Partners in March 2023. Based in Johannesburg since 2017, she has nearly 30 years of finance experience and over 20 years in support services, including HR, supply chain, and property management, across state-owned enterprises and small organisations. 

Passionate about well-being and women’s development, Michelle serves as a deacon at her church, leads women’s ministry and a Griefshare programme, and supports children’s ministry. A former NPO board member, she’s travelled extensively for work and leisure. In her free time, Michelle enjoys photography and crime documentaries, drawing inspiration from her diverse experiences and commitment to community growth.
