Matthias Grossmann

Matthias Grossmann, who completed his studies in economics and industrial engineering following an apprenticeship in banking, is a recognised expert in the media and communications industry. From 1994 until 2008 he worked at publishing house Gruner + Jahr/Bertelsmann in their offices in Hamburg, Paris and Cologne, culminating his career there as publishing director of business magazines “Capital” and “Impulse” and as a member of the executive committee. He joined Instinctif Partners in 2009, where he has been Managing Partner since January 2010, with senior management responsibility for People & Culture, Finance, Operations, ESG, and M&A.
