Mark brings 20 years’ experience in investor relations and business communications to help build equity stories that align corporate strategies with the make-up of share registers to maximise valuations. Mark is sector agnostic, though has a long track record of advising mid and large cap companies operating in the transportation, industrials, new energy and financial services sectors across Europe, the US and emerging markets. Clients have included Solvay, AerCap, Airbus and Inmarsat, with a great deal of work also recently delivered for new debt and equity issuers in the new energy infrastructure space.
