Liam has a wealth of experience leading large scale strategic and innovation projects with clients from the financial, technological, service and FMCG sectors, across Global markets.
Within consumer research Liam is method-neutral, often combining consumer interviewing techniques and statistical analysis to fuel client strategy. He has developed a specialism in segmentation – honing businesses’ understanding of their customers and driving growth. Across projects Liam has developed skills in advanced analytics (including conjoint and MaxDiff), leading their design and analysis to meet business and research objectives.
