Launa Cairns

Launa has over 20 years of experience in PR, media, and design. Currently, she works in the billing team, reporting to the Head of Billing & Credit Control. She is responsible for billing client retainer/project fees, cost recharges, inter-company billing and cash posting, she also deals with client onboarding, project creation, maintaining client information and liaising with stakeholders. 

Previously, she worked in Accounts Payable, processing invoices, payments, and handling various financial tasks.

Outside of work, Launa regularly volunteers at Crisis and hosts international students. Her commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through her active participation in the Instinctif/Truth D & I working group.
