Director, Risk & Crisis
Jen leads business resilience services within the Risk and Crisis practice at Instinctif Partners. An experienced consultant, she helps organisations identify vulnerabilities, strengthen their approach to risk and crisis management, and build resilience in challenging environments.
Jen has extensive experience developing crisis procedures and embedding them within organisations. She frequently delivers manual embedding workshops, multi-stakeholder crisis simulation exercises and crisis media training sessions, equipping teams with the tools and capabilities to perform at their best.
When things do go wrong, Jen provides crisis management counsel and hands-on support. Her experience responding to crises ranges from gas leaks to product safety issues, rollercoaster accidents to national food recalls. Jen works across food and drink, industrial and FMCG sectors, with clients including Kraft Heinz, Froneri, Greene King, European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), Croda and PZ Cussons.
